Ok, in light of the fact that Volkov only wants a recwar, the 1st Corps, the Second Corps, the Air Corps, and once the inventory for that branch is up, the Navy are ordered to mobilize for Operation Restore Order.

There will be promotions for everyone. I want to expand the military, and I figure the only way to expand it enough is to raise the top of the pyramid to a higher level. So as soon as I get my admin back, Johanns, Gustaf, David, Kovalenko, and Zary will each become Lieutenant Generals, and Dilerr will become an Admiral.

Reorganization of the Common Army

Ok, I've decided to reorganize the Common Army. I will temporaily take on the rank of General and Commander-in-Chief of the Common Army. Everyone who I gave the rank of General in the interim will now be commissioned as Major Generals. Each Major General will head a Department. Kuralyov will become the Commodore in command of the Common Navy.
